WE BROKE OUR ATTENDANCE RECORD!

THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING THE 58TH ANNUAL
ANS FALL MEETING IN NASHVILLE!

ATTENDEES: In response to comments about the meeting location at the Renaissance as opposed to the Omni in Nashville, we wanted to share with you that the AAO/HNS assigns space for the ANS Fall meeting as an affiliate meeting. We have been at the AAO HQ hotel for 13+ years, as we always request meeting space at the HQ hotel, however, this year we were told there was not enough space to accommodate our meeting at the Omni and according to AAO, it is unlikely space will be available at the HQ hotel going forward.

Loews Miami is the HQ hotel in 2024, ANS was already informed we cannot meet at Loews in 2024.There are over 40 hotels “booked” for AAO in Miami because the size of the hotels in the South Beach area are smaller than other cities we typically meet in. We will be assigned space in February and will let our attendees know the hotel location as soon as we know and we'll post the location on the ANS website.

At this time, there are no AAO shuttles on Friday's to provide transportation between the Miami Beach Convention Center, Loews and wherever are meeting will be.
