At the close of the meeting, all registered attendees will receive an email from the ANS website with detailed instructions on how to complete your required CME evaluation form, report your hours, and download a CME certificate of attendance for your records. We will still report your hours to ACS and record your attendance. Further details will be provided onsite. 

(Registered means you have PAID the ANS REGISTRATION FEE and are on the PAID COSM attendee list. This applies to members, nonmembers, and any registrants requesting CME credit.
