The Women in Neurotology (WiN) held their 2nd Reception/Networking event on Friday, April 20, 2018 in National Harbor, MD. Attendance was great. Many thanks to the organizers Drs. YOU WILL NO LONGER BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AN ONSITE EVALUATION FORM TO OBTAIN YOUR CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE. At the close of the meeting, all registered attendees will receive an email from the ANS website with detailed instructions on how to complete your required CME evaluation form, report your hours, and download a CME certificate of attendance for your records. We will still report your hours to ACS and record your attendance. Further details will be provided onsite. 

(Registered means you have PAID the ANS REGISTRATION FEE and are on the PAID COSM attendee list. This applies to members, nonmembers, and any registrants requesting CME credit.
