Everyone is invited to Super Saturday!  ALL attendees are required to register for the ANS Fall program, preferably online via your member profile. If you are a nonmember and wish to attend, you may also register online by creating a brief profile. Alternatively, you may mail a check to the ANS Administrative Office at 5830 1st St N, St Petersburg, FL 33703 

The registration fee schedule is as follows:

 ANS Member (Active Fellows, Associates, Seniors)  - $175

 ANS Trainee Member (Neurotology fellows/residents) - No registration fee

 Resident/Medical Student - No registration fee

 ANS Emeritus member (NO CME CREDIT) - No registration fee

 Nonmember - $300

Eligible members include all ANS Trainee members, otolaryngology residents, neurotology fellows, and ANS Associates and Fellows within 8 years of graduation from fellowship (policy based on criteria from the Young Physicians Section of the AAO-HNS).
